Dr. Nelson is the best. Basically the only reason I come. The office team are fine, the accountants did not credit my account properly. I am very pleased with my bridge.
I was very nervous and scared, but problem solved for my infected tooth and now home resting and taking my meds for my pain. Everyone at this office r wonderful, thorough and caring.
Early on into my treatment plan I to what was presented to me. Once I got into my treatment I was misinformed by four different managers as to what to expect. I had to sign up for financial assistance because my insurance wasn't covering all my procedures. Because Aspen didn't follow up in a timely manner the financial assistance was refunded back.
