Could not be more disappointed. Not only was the original care plan not clear and/or accurate, but after many promises of a refund I was promised (along with other billing issues) the last bill I got states "Final Notice"/At risk of collections". No matter how many people I talk to(after holding forever) , nothing has changed.
Called around 12:40 to be seen as a new patient and got scheduled at 2pm same day. Receptionist was kind and welcoming, nurse who took my x-rays was very sweet as well as the hygienist. I was attended quickly. Update: cavities that were “filled” were as painful as before. After four appointments for fillings and treatment I Never went back cause I paid $3,000+ for fillings, cleaning, and a gingivitis treatment(which I never got).
Ashley was my assistant and it was my first time being back to a dentist in over 10 years and she was patient with me when came to do x-rays great hospitality and service!!
Clean environment, friendly staff and they do great work. Would recommend to anyone looking to have dental/hygiene work done.
All staff was gentle and thorough. I’ve put off going to the dentist because of negative interactions. I will DEFINITELY be returning! Loved the experience!
