I had a pleasant experience. The staff was helpful and made me feel comfortable as they possibly could. The dentist was very professional and took the time to share his thoughts and opinions.
They was very friendly
The staff are terrific; my criticism has nothing to do with them. But the costs? Please. I needed to have a partial repaired, and wanted a price on new upper and lower partials. The broken partial couldn’t be repaired, and the price I was quoted for a new pair was nearly $8,000, which is absurd. The appliances I have cost less than $2,500 four years ago. I will go elsewhere.
I had a very excellent experience there at the Murfreesboro office, the staff was very friendly not judgmental and everyone was very knowledgeable about their jobs especially the dentist, Aspen Dental I love this place couldn’t have made a better decision!!!
I was able to get an appointment same day so that’s worth 5 stars in itself. Other than that staff was friendly and very helpful.
