Worst Dental office experience EVER. Made appointment for just a Dental Cleaning ONLY. Explained my Insurance is limited so I ONLY want what's covered. 2 1/2 hours later, 5 tech/assistants and 3 different x-ray machines later and I was dismissed with out a cleaning. (the pre-explained and scheduled event). When I asked about my scheduled cleaning I was told Insurance only covers Clean Mouths and mine does not qualify for a Clean Mouth cleaning. I had a great experience with Aspen dental they were very professional everyone was so nice and patience with me no one rush me I have to walk on a cane they didn't rush me to a room I got my dentures realised in only 3trips and any time I needed to change any appointments it all could have been done in 2trips but there nothing to do between the time of 10&4 so let me come the next day my sister uses Aspen in Longview and I have already recommend Aspen to a friend and will tell many other about them thank you for a great exp... read more
