Went in due to my wisdom tooth cracking. Was given a quote for $11,000, they claimed insurance would only cover 1,000 of it since I have a max cap of $1000 even though they claimed they were in network. After the break down of cost they really pushed my to pull out a loan or pay “today” in cash and get a discount. I went to lake dental in big lake the next day and for the exact same procedure and cleaning insurance covered everything but $600. I had a 7:30 appointment they got me in early for a cracked denture and 3 hours later it was fixed and I was ready to go
The staff were all very nice and understood my dental anxiety. They worked as a team to make me comfortable and explained everything as the process proceeded. Dr Miller was outstanding with my extraction. I would give him a 10.
Great experience every time I go to get my teeth cleaned. Both hygienists Lindsey and Paige are always professional, and explain everything clearly. My teeth feel really clean—would definitely recommend.
Paige- did an excellent job taking care of my daughter’s teeth today! She answered all our questions and was very kind. Paige does her job well and she is very helpful.
