Very informative and caring about my needs! Love the environment and very welcoming staff! Brenda was very nice and personable. Raven made sure I walked out of the office with the biggest and brightest smile.
I wanted to wait to write this until after I had gone back for my second appointment. OK, it's the dentist and unless your insane nothing triggers anxiety more than the thought of the dentist. I just got home after having three teeth pulled, years and years of bad choices and fighting as a kid left me with horrible teeth and it's catchin' up with me. I came in because I was having some wisdoms teeth pain. Told the person on the phone I wanted a cleaning, and to get a referral to get my wisdom teeth removed. I didn’t get the cleaning, but a new patient exam that was not explained to me when I made the appointment. The new patient exam took an hour and a half, and at the end of getting looked over I was pulled into an office where I was essentially sold.
