I like the way they treat me with respect they care for you in aspen
4+ year customer staff is friendly. All work performed has been good. There billing and communication with insurance is Horrible!! Had work done end of April paid cash for service. Insurance requested more information/patient History No response from Moline office to my insure 2+ months later
Way behind schedule bugs in bathroom. Tried to chat what insurance coverages
The place is dirty. None of them act like they know what they are doing. It’s like they are reading off a script. They don’t open things or put gloves on in front of you. Tbh I was scared to move it was that dirty. Then the office “financial co sultans” tries to upsell everything. AFTER I told her what I needed she still proceeded to tell me that if I don’t get the treatment they suggest my teeth will rot and fall out. The staff doesn’t know how to be personable.
