I was having a full extraction (all teeth and shards) with insertion of bone grafts and posts for implants. I have high BP so was at risk for sedation and had to do this with local only. It was supposed to be a 3-hr surgery and took closer to 6 but Dr. Patel and her assistant Jamie were both amazing. Edit to old review- I stand by it all but wanted to add a dentist told me it would be criminal to pull my teeth for dentures I just need a few root canals and fillings. Aspen wanted to schedule me for full extractions and dentures on the spot. I’m furious.
I have worked in healthcare nearly 30 years, and understand it can be unpredictable at times. Schedules may be altered due to unexpected delays. I didn't get upset when I was asked to come early, yet was taken at my appointment time. The manager even stepped aside to apologize, and assured me that she would do what she could to make my first experience pleasant.
