Very patient and understanding.
Customer service is far better than the Hagerstown, MD location but I have had several examples of excessive wait times. A recent appointment featured an hour plus wait for a routine check up and to have a medical form signed. Expect longer wait times to see a dentist if you are visiting during the work day.
Excellent experience first time here staff is friendly, confident, and helpful with checking insurance
