I think it’s so cool that I get a text to reschedule an appointment because they “don’t have” dentists (so I was told) on every day they offer in the system for appointments. Why would you let a Saturday be open for scheduling if you knew there wasn’t going to be a dentist available? Why wait until now to tell me, why was I even able to select that in the first place?
