Made my husband sit in the waiting room for an hour at his follow up appt. He had already been seen for an xray so he assumed he was there for the work to be done. Instead he was there a total of 3 hours to be told what work he would need and then told it would still be $900 after his insurance pays $1500 for 3 fillings and his permanent retainer removed. Ridiculous
My experience with Aspen Dental in Manahawkin, NJ has been awesome! Hanna is especially kind and does everything possible to make things work out and explains everything clearly. She is very efficient and compassionate as well. Very encouraging!! The surgeon is also awesome. I am very happy with everyone I came in contact with at this location.
Worst experience ever with a dentist!! Kept going back for refitting and it was never corrected properly, Had to pay for everything upfront instead of what was being done separately. Don't waste your money
Such a lovely experience with my mother in law…the staff could not have been kinder or more thorough. From the sweet young lady at the front desk, to the dental assistant, office manager, and the doctor himself, each individual was kind, thoughtful, and very professional. We are actually looking forward to going back for a follow up visit!!
Fabulous experience! My first time here and from the moment I walked in the vibe was positive. Smiling, pleasant and thorough. Staff are so personable and professional. Looking forward to my future visits!
