Great first experience. The hygienist was incredible. Very knowledgeable, compassionate and informative. The D.D.S. was also knowledgeable and kind. The front desk staff and the young lady in charge of billing was also very nice and considerate. Just my first visit, but I will definitely change to this practice for my dental needs.
This place needs to get there act under control. I waited over an hour in the room without any updates etc, waiting for the doctor/dentist. They said when I first got into the room that it’ll only be about 5-10 minutes. I’ll never be coming back.
My experience was a great one. Not having taken great care of my teeth for a long time I was incredibly nervous. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Tyler at the end of my visit. I had to go back for more xrays and was experiencing a mild panic attack. He stood back there with me and that made all the difference. Wonderful staff!!!
