😂 KARMA! I laughed so hard when the letter came announcing the closure of the Lockport Il Aspen Dental location... 2026 update: Avoid this place!!! The entire staff has changed and the current staff is absolutely incompetent. They make you pay upfront and refuse to give an itemized receipt until after your appointment. This enables them to tack on unnecessary treatment like squirting mouthwash on your teeth and calling it a perio rinse, or fluoride sealants on acrylic teeth. Made appt for my child who was having mouth pain due to sores. Was brought into room to discuss appt. They then told me he had several cavities, needed molars out & certain procedures totaling over 8,000.00 . I asked what about the sores & she replied I dont see anything about that on his chart and that she would have dentist come in & go over. She then kept trying (3xs)to get me to start appt for the same day & sign agreements. She was a very nice person but it was pure pressure to sign paperwork & start financing. Never ha... read more
