Aspen Dental staff is very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I understood what exactly was going on, they took the time to educate me which I loved!! The office manager took time to help me apply for care credit and was extremely friendly. Highly recommend!!! ~Melanie Goodrich
Very helpful staff and nice. Found a plan that I can afford . Ms melany , MS.alyson , Ms. Amanda were the team that help me out so if you go go to them . Whole staff great just tho by the way .
Excellent care. I needed an adjustment to my appliance a week after extractions. The office staff was able to get me in within 2 hours. My dental lab tech listened to my concerns and made adjustments for a better fit. The doctor also popped in to check on my progress and consult with the technician. On the way out I was able to sit with the office manager to help me understand the new billing system. It is very comforting to know you have a team looking out for you at Aspen South Lakeland!
