A very professional setting. All personnel were positive, and efficient in the exam and explanation of services. They operate as a team focused on customer care.
This was my first visit with any Aspen dental clinic and they were able to get me in next day for a dental emergency where other dentists couldn’t see me for over a week. ALL of the staff were SUPER friendly and understanding about my levels of pain and discomfort! They acted SUPER fast and worked together as a perfect team and within 20 mins of my xray they had me going to surgery! This dental office is a breath of fresh air from my previous provider.
Started off very well but ended up like a used car sells man. I got a quote for implants and I asked they call me in a week, they didn't call so I called them. When I got on the phone with them they said they wanted me to come in they didn't discuss over the phone. I drive 45 mins to meet with them just to be told very opposite of what they had told me and they price had gone up. Can't make this up...
