Great visit
Went in emergency situation tooth extraction. I was treated kindly by everyone and everything explained thoroughly. It was a no stress experience.
By far the worse dental office visit I've ever had. I got there at 3:15 for my 3:30 appt and was called back until almost 5pm. They blamed the 90 min wait on "waiting on insurance" which was bogus. They changed desk staff 2 times and after finally getting called back was told they couldn't repair chipped tooth on denture, go back to where you got the denture from. I got up and walked out. 2 hours total time for them to say go back to where you got your dentures. Staff upfront was like I was at a dentist office in the project... read more
Hinestly, my first experience wasnt the best but I reached out to the Huber office and they turned the whole experience around. They have been so great working with me, making sure I was comfortable and communicated with me. Huber Heights Office changed my whole outlook on going to the dentist!
Scheduled for a new patient for 10am, arrived at 945 and got checked in, at 10:56 I left and canceled my appointment. Will NEVER come to this place and I reccomend the same they apparently over schedule
