Great experience, friendly staff, willing to work with you, service dog friendly as well.
Staff was very professional but I went in for a few teeth to get removed but they wanted to do everything but my original situation but instead first I heard that I needed this that and the other thing done first then suggested dentures but first they wanted to do a thorough cleaning and then ripped my mouth out. I could have done this on my own but I'm never going back to them period. I developed an abscess under a crown and was in severe pain. A call to my regular dentist was unsatisfactory, no emergency service available, so I called Aspen Dental. They got me in the next morning and were fantastic.. The staff is very warm and congenial, while rendering very professional services. I was so impressed, both my husband and I immediately changed dentists. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.
Do not use these people! They will recommend a Periodontal scaling to everyone! 2k that you dont actually need! They literally stuck the needle inside the inside of my jaw and out the other into my gums when they went to numb me. The crown they put on my teeth I just found out from my new dentist they didnt even clean the extra cement from around that tooth so it has been causing pain in my gums and had to be removed today as well as the crown shaved down as it wasnt correct either.
