I cannot recommend this office enough. After not seeing a dentist for over a decade, I walked in with significant tooth pain and a lot of anxiety. From the start, this was a completely judgment-free zone. The office is clean, the staff is incredibly polite, and they immediately helped me put together a manageable long-term dental plan to get my health back on track. I had previously gone to the Aspen Dental in Surprise and after all was said and done it was one of the most humiliating Uncomfortable and horrific experiences of my life and I had promised myself I would never go back again. However my insurance company told me that I had to go back when I had a tooth that broke I called that office and I spoke to a manager and also to an office person on three different occasions, with promises from both that I would get a call back and yet, not a word never got the call back. I had such a great experience here. Linda was beyond amazing. I’ve never met anyone who cares so much and works so hard to help people out.
This office just went through a transition of having a new staff. The office and person who did my x-rays were awesome as well as the doctor. However my dental hygienist was a little overwhelming. I have been under the care of a periodontist for the last year and a half. When my dental hygienist came in and did her exam, she had her numbers off from my gums as well as telling me all of this work that still needed to be done that actually didn’t.
