The worst administrative practices and behaviors I’ve ever experienced in any Medical practice. Dr is fine, but not worth the indigent attitude of the office staff, particularly their business manager! How in the heck am I going to show up early for an appt that you asked me to, because of all your cancellations and then you hit me with a $500 bill and then deny my appt.? I visited the Glen Allen office as a new patient after relocating to Virginia and was hoping to find a new long-term dentist. Unfortunately, this was the worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I scheduled what I expected to be a routine cleaning, but after nearly two hours, no cleaning was performed. Everyone is very cordial, polite and knowledgeable. You can get everything done that you need at one place. They give you the best smile that fits you. I would recommend this Aspen Dental to my family and friends.
