I went to Aspen dental in Fremont starting in November 2025. I was scanned for partials both upper and lower. They told me it takes 7-10 days to receive the partials. After 10 days I called to find out where my partials were. I was told they would check and get back with me. I called back that afternoon and was told it usually took about 24 hours for the lab to get back with them. So I waited for them to call but they did not so I called them a couple days later.
