I have dental anxiety from a previous experience which caused me to avoid them. Well the time came to when I could no longer avoid a dentist and go in. The whole team did their best to keep me calm and worked with my dental anxiety. Respected my requests and didn't make me feel less than for having anxiety. I was pleased with the care I received at the 9330 Ben Pratt office in Fort Myers. The office staff were kind and helpful, especially since I was late because I went to the wrong office at first. My hygienist Joanna was very good and the care she took was very much appreciated, as my teeth needed a BIG cleaning. She was gentle and explained the procedure with patience and care.
