Staff is amazing from check in to check out. Had my second appointment today and I am already feeling much better. Dr. Patel is amazing. She is straight to the point, but so very kind abouteverything. At no point did I feel judged by anyone in the office.
Almost every single filling & crown I have gotten done here has fallen out and I've never had that happen with any other office.
This office is horrible. I thought I was on a hidden camera show. Dentist does not care, seems like she is fresh out of school and this was the only office that gave her a job. Multiple patients complained in lobby about being misled about charges, and having work done multiple times because of things just never being done correctly. Employees on their phones and laughing at patients. Floors stained, chairs broken, bugs in ceiling lights, stains on wall that resemble blood. Everyone was super friendly and everything I’ve had done here is done in a timely manner. The new surgeon is very nice, all around a great place !
