First time and the experience was a 10 every one was professional and courteous
I left another review a couple weeks ago and clearly Aspen Dental must have deleted my negative review. What I said was that I have no idea how this place has such high reviews, that many of the positive reviews must be fake because this is a horrible place. We are preparing a formal complaint to the Alabama Board of Dentistry, and I encourage anyone unfortunate enough to be a customer of Aspen Dental to do the same, since they've done nothing to help us or stand behind their work.
