Let me tell you that Naomi and Heather are some of the nicest people I’ve had some conversations with, everything was fast and we made the appointments work with my schedule loved the service I’ve received here and would highly recommend!
So I called Aspen dental a week ago to get two teeth extracted. I’ve been there many times a year ago to get a tooth extracted they tell me to come in for an exam and my tooth extracted on a Wednesday. I could not make it that day so I made it for the next Monday so I call that day to make sure my insurance is good. They’re telling me I have to do an exam and then come back in 10 days to have the tooth out even though I’m in severe pain and I can’t eat, they did not explain that to me when I called the first time. Nothing but issues with Aspen.. 18k for dentures with bottom implants and one of the hardware for my implants has already failed.. yea I’m going to need some money back!! All this after it took a whole year for me to even get my teeth in the first place because of the Danville offices failure to order the things needed before my scheduled appointments.
