When i walked in it felt like I was in an abandoned office with worn out chairs. When I got called back for x-rays, I was in a smaller room while I looked across to the room I was going in and all the nurses were in there just talking and sitting on the dental chair and stools. Once I was in the room, I noticed water or something wet on the floor, trash on the floor and the medical instruments looked oxidized instead of shiny and clean. I felt like a team member, but also The Star of the show. All of my needs were met. All of my feelings were addressed. I have felt very well taken care of today. I had a great experience at Aspen Dental! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Everyone took the time to explain things clearly and answer my questions, which I really appreciated. The entire team was professional, caring, and made the experience much less stressful than I expected. I’m happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for a dental office with a friendly and helpful staff!
They did a good job. We had a consultation and we went over pricing, then had some work done and a deep cleaning. The only reason I will give a 4 star is because i was there for a long time, not entirely their fault.
