The staff is very nice and helpful. I liked the fact that they gave me several different options for my dental care. I look forward to working with them in the future
I felt like I was tortured for hours, I was in so much pain, I thought my lips were gonna burst open, worse experience I ever have at a dentist
Going to Aspen Dental today had to be by far the worst experience I have ever had attempting to find a new Dentist after my relocation back home to Ga from Md. I spent over 30 minutes last night completing various documents, history, medication, insurance, ID, emergency contact. Upon my arrival at Aspen (Covington) I was asked to do it all again because the desk clerk. Claim she didn't have it. When I refused she threatened to cancel my appointment. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Very educational to me helpedl me to understand what was going on with my tooth. Everyone's here was very knowledgeable. First time I've everybeen to a dentist that takes your blood pressure. Which was great. And a 3D xray of your mouth you really can see what's going on in real time. Sweet staff, all around great experience
