Went in for a consult to treat my Periodontal disease, got a price for treatment, the gum laser and antibiotics. Asked the financial manager six different times if that was the final price, and he confirmed that it was the TOTAL FINAL PRICE of the whole treatment and urged me to schedule all of those for the same visit because of how detrimental it was to clean the teeth, do the gum laser and have antibiotics. Great experience all around. I was particularly pleased with the dental hygenist Kat as she answered all my annoying questions with a smile on her face and was very gentle and explained everything she was doing all the way through. Not to mention the secretaries are nice, the technology is interesting and impressive and the billing specialist explained everything. My wife also had a good experience here. Very friendly with exceptional service. Everything was explained clearly and professionally. There were no judgements or speeches. Very satisfied with my care and I will be returning.
Very nice people to deal with. They were very thorough with xrays along with checking out all teeth issues. Gave us information on what needed to be done and cost.
