I had a really really good experience. All the staff were super professional and friendly. Felt very different from most businesses these days.
Broke a tooth on my denture. Was in and out in about 2 hrs Very good experience.
Went in for an emergency tooth issue. It was easy to make an appointment. The staff was clean, very friendly and definitely professional. They explained everything to me and allowed me time to review their plan and understand it, and answering my questions and concerns. I appreciated how nice everyone was and not making you feel worse about the situation. Overall I would recommend Aspen to anyone experiencing a tooth issue.
5/5 Great Place! Dr.Dinnerstein is a professional with an amazing bedside manner. He really listened to me to get my bonding just right and he did a great job explaining different options and dental procedures before he fixed my tooth. 100% recommend Aspen in Cortland. I was in Cortland visiting family and have never been to an Aspen dental before, but my bonding fell out (seemingly on its own) and they had me back to a full smile less than 4 hours after it fell out.
