Visited aspen dental this morning. Katie ,dr.rose. And Chad they were very patient with me, they answered any in all questions that I had and they also gave me some great advice since I’ve been coming here they have been nothing but polite to me helping me make my smile back beautiful again, like how it once was and so far I am satisfied……
Extremely unprofessional. Booked my appointment over a month ago. Texted me to today to tell me they had to reschedule. My appointment is in 3 days! Told them I had a nagging issue and that my job doesn’t allow for last minute rescheduling as we do our schedules three weeks in advance. No solution other than to move me to another office at a time that doesn’t allow me to get to work on time. Kinda just threw up their hands (figuratively) and were like oh well.
