Good my first review was good but when I came in today for my actual appointment with the treatment I received wasn’t that great. They know I have anxiety towards the procedure so I was first in first one. I have my name on the board. They crossed my name out and left me sitting in the waiting room for over 20 minutes. If you have anxiety or any fears towards dental work, I don’t recommend this location. They don’t really care.
I recently had an appointment with Aspen Dental at Sandhill in Columbia, SC and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I walked in, Kia was very friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. The dentist Dr. Plummer, and his team Ekta and Rebecca, were all very professional, taking the time to explain each procedure and addressing all my concerns. Not going back. They just want to take your time and money. I have been sitting here since 7:45 and it’s not 9:47. Still not done and still waiting on the doctor to finish my work and he is off doing another patient. Hello finish what you started and stop overbooking people. I don’t have time for this!!!
They have been wonderful. I'm not a easy Patient, my nerves can cause a problem. But this staff has been able to get me through my appointments with kindness and care.
