It has taken me a long time to get the courage to start the journey on my mouth issues, and an impacted/infected wisdom tooth that started coming in two months ago prompted the visit. I would not recommend this office or this doctor simply because he offered no pain management or relief ( I was expecting at minimum some prescription strength ibuprofen) He said only an antibiotic would help in any way, and then did not make the appointment with the doctor who needed to do the surgery. Last appointment canceled by aspen. Next appointment canceled because they're closing permanently. I really think this company is on the verge of collapse. Not traveling across the state to stick with Aspen.
I appreciate the time that Bri spend to help me with my insurance issues. She was so sweet, so nice, and so patient, making copies and gathering all the documents that were required. I truly hope Aspen Dental knows her customer service skills were a comfort to me during a confusing time. Thank you Bri!
