Excellent staff, extremely professional and knowledgeable
BEWARE!!! This place has no concern for patient finances. I spoke with the office about the costs of suggested treatments. Instead of utilizing dental benefits over the course of several years, they pressured me into extensive, immediate dental work of over $13,000, leaving me with a balance of nearly $9,000. I also felt pressured to sign up for the Care Credit. They provide a "promotional" rate of 20% interest. I would've been paying $240 a month for 5 years, totaling over $14,000. I was pleased with the way everyone made me feel relaxed and explained what is going to happen, my nervous feeling went away l wish I had done this sooner.
Aspen Dental was very helpful and accommodating for my daughter and myself. Amira was very helpful with approval from our insurance company to helping us get the financing we needed. We both had teeth pulled and it was actually a good experience.
Nice office, but I explicitly made an appointment for a tooth extraction. Kind of an emergency. A few days prior. And ended up with a consultation for almost $12k. Great help! now I still need to get my damn tooth out somewhere else. And miss more work 😁
