This place is amazing . Jayden and rat if the crew there are great people and very customer service oriented. The place feels so family oriented and very warming …. Definitely highly recommended!!!!
Worst dental experience I have ever had. I reported this clinic and dentist to the MN Attorney Generals Office, the Minnesota Dental Board, and my dental insurance company. NEVER use Aspen, it's nothing but a sales scam. When I didn't agree to purchase $6,000+ in dental products and services I was escorted out without receiving my scheduled cleaning. One star because apparently zero stars is not allowed.
Do not recommend. I had teeth extracted and was told everything was completed. After being persuaded to open a care credit card I was told the final cost would be $2,000 more than originally told. Also, I have infection from one of the extractions and after getting an xray from a different dentist I come to find out it wasn’t fully extracted and they left the root still there. I’m will be exploring all of my options.
Not impressed with the overall experience. Employees were pleasant and helpful. But this pressure to purchase an unnecessary plan that I’ll never use was ridiculous. I would be extremely happy if Aspen would cancel the plan and refund my money. It’s a plan I’ll never use. Will I use Aspen again. Possibly might try a different location.
