Hannah was wonderful! Very friendly and thorough!
From reception to the back, everyone was very accommodating for me in a bad situation. They did three of my visits in one day so I didn’t have to come back after bad experience, KALI miracle and Dr. Nichols made it a great experience. I would recommend their office 100%.
Aspen is supposed to be a cost-effective way of dental care for those with no insurance. Unfortunately, high cost of treatment is placed on the back end by backroom bureaucrats. The front office associate's stock response is "the hygienist or dentist will get in trouble" if alternative treatment is offered. And don't ask to have your x-rays or diagnoses shared with a different dental service. At best Aspen will share low resolution screenshots. I suggest paying for dental insurance and seeking treatment from a local dentist.
Very friendly and nonjudgemental. Would highly recommend to everyone, if you r not satisfied with ur smile or anyone who has tooth pain.
