I was greeted immediately by Traci upon entering the store. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. My initial appointment was very thorough and comprehensive. While I haven't yet had any work performed, the pricing Traci presented to me is fair and competitive. If their work is as good a quality as my initial appointment indicates it well be, then they will have fully earned the five-star rating I am giving them.
Charged for 5 extractions but only 4 teeth removed... Now customer service representatives won't answer and customer service email is not valid. Good service but shady payment process! Don't go if you can't afford a lawyer!
Nice staff accommodating and helpful
Prior to making an appointment I have always been terrified of the dentist because of some horrible experiences as a child. Now I don’t know if the dental technology / practice has advanced to such an efficient service over the last few years but I remember it always being awful when I was younger. I had two teeth pulled; 1 being a root and the other being a moler. The dentist Jack is an absolute machine when it comes to pulling teeth.
