The service is usually fast and always friendly. But depending on the time of day it seems like they want to rush you out and move to the next person. -1 star because they sent me to the Schenectady location for an extraction but I was told to return to the Albany location for follow-up care. What should have been a 4-5 day recovery turned into 7 weeks where I could barely use one side of my mouth without pain. Dr was great at taking out my tooth but never sent my script in for my pain meds and antibiotics the Dr said was sent over to pharmacy so I'm in a lot of pain and they won't help or answer the phone to fix there mistake
Front desk receptionist and doctor was great as well as the dental staff. The schedulers in the back rude left me in waiting room for 30 minutes after my consult while they discharged multiple other people before me and gave me no excuse why. Ended up having to leave without scheduling and obtaining the information I needed moving forward for services when I called over the phone she was also nasty.
Very professional. Excellent experience. Would recommend Aspen Dental to everyone.
