Top notch staff! Incredibly pleasant experience from start to finish. Desk check in, Tori my hygenist, and the Dr and her assistant were all wonderful. But the highlight for me was Lucy at the payment/coordination desk. Everyone at the Acworth location was great but Lucy was just a little extra special. A very kind and competent young lady. Can rate them all high enough.
From the beginning of the process until the end, everything was spectacular! The dentist was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Allison spoke to me about the finacial aspects of my procedure and was absolutely phenomenal guiding me in the correct direction and comforted me when I had doubts. Great staff overall and would highly recommend! Update! Still wonderful staff. I was a walkin and I got treated with such care. Everyone at the office is amazing!
This practice is so Amazing!!
Went in with a very hot tooth. Needed to be pulled but I was low on cash and they just send me home without doing anything. Now three days later I still have the same bad tooth and terrible pain. They are all about money, they don't care about the person in pain.
Same tooth they repaired a few months ago chipped in my sleep. Came in for a quick patch up. Willing to pay. They refused to fix it unless I get a crown that’s 2000$. I sat there for 2 hours just for them to tell me they won’t fix it. Mind you it’s the corner of a tooth smaller than a grain of rice. Didn’t even offer to shave down the sharp corner or anything. They don’t care about helping you they just want money. horrible experience
