I haven't been to their office in years and they ran my credit card on file today. That is unprofessional and stealing. How can they charge my card if I wa never was there. Fraud alert. Horrible customer service

Aspen Dental in Grand Prairie, TX is being allowed to commit fraud, by billing for services never rendered. My daughter has been fighting to get her money back from them for almost a year now. We’ve called advocate services to see if they could help or assist in any way, which to no avail is basically zero help. If I could give no starts I would! Don't ever go to any aspen dental office! They charge you a ton of money for stuff and then completely blow you off when you need something afterwards. I have made multiple attempts to contact the office I was at about a damaged retainer that I paid extra to be able to get the covered and then they refused to give me someone who could help me get a new one. Corporate fails to update dentist in the national dental database used by all insurers. For a year, my dentist was a ghost, unidentifiable to my insurance company. They finally fixed that but failed to identify him as In-Network for insurance. This is costing me thousands of dollars that my insurance would cover if he were properly listed as In-Network.
