Wonderful experience with the new hygienist!
This was the best experience I’ve had in a long time Dr Clausen is top notch he has knowledge of the most current dental procedures he is new to this area so if you’ve been here before and not had a good experience, not because of him he’s definitely going to be an asset to Aspen dental. Their billing is nothing short of a disaster, they‘ve sent me a bill for services rendered 15 months ago. When I asked about it they send my insurance didn’t cover, when I called insurance they said they were never billed for it. Unbelievable!!!
Got there everyone’s on break that’s fine but don’t tell me to get there a few mins early for paperwork then they called 5 times about confirming appointment and insurance I get there and they think I’m still gone wait for them to confirm insurance why call horrible
