After check in, i was taken back for an x-ray of the tooth that needed an emergency root canal on. I was given a whole mouth x-ray without telling me before hand, I explained that I previously had that done for the year and my insurance only allows one per year. Hello I just visited Aspen Dental Brooklyn Location in Cleveland Ohio. The manager was very unethical and rude to me . He announced to me as well as the clients in the waiting area That my mouth his nasty and full of disease because I asked why do I owe 163 dollars before I can be seen . I didn’t understand why I owed that amount and just wanted clarification. I had a very unpleasant experience. I showed up 20 minutes early, so I can complete the proper paperwork, no big deal. But I ended up waiting 30 minutes afterwards to be called to the back. I was there for a tooth extraction, I told the lady what tooth it was, and how much pain I was in. The dentist would not see me with out xrays, which I did not want to get. The lady taking the xrays seemed to struggle. And had to get another person to come in and do the xrays for her.. After about 30 xrays.. I was finally seen by the dent... read more
It totally sucked. I came in to have one tooth pulled. Sat there for hours to listen to how they want to do an upsell for dentures. This that blah blah blah walked out
Aspen team made this a good starting experience. My wife's getting new dentures. Michael Drivas was very helpful in getting everything set up. Great customer service
