Great staff and friendly! Highly recommend
Called befor appointment said they took my insurance. Got there had to pay $29 just to check in. They briefly looked at my teeth, asked for my social security number. AND THAN EXPLAINED THEY DID NOT TAKE MY INSURANCE; LUCKY FOR ME THEY WERE GOING TO FINANCE THE $16K IN DENTAL WORK. SAID I COULD NOT afford it, reduced work to be done 2x final number was just under $5k..... Would not give me a print out of what they were going to do, or the break down. Just an amount to pay. Very thankful for a great appointment at Aspen Dental. Staff is very kind and professional! They were very informative and explained my upcoming procedure and answered all the questions I had. Would definitely recommend!
5 stars for the Oral Surgeon / 1 star for the Front Office & Triage I am writing this review to explicitly separate my dental care from the administrative staff and what I experienced. Dr. Jimenez and his surgical team were phenomenal. When I finally saw the oral surgeon, he immediately understood the severity and urgency of my situation, treated me with the utmost care, and performed an immediate incision, drainage, and debridement.
