The hygienist was friendly and professional. She accomplished the objective in a timely manner.
It was a great experience. Great staff
I had a scheduled cleaning, and I came in knowing I needed other work. Kim, the wonderful hygienist, found a slot immediately after my cleaning to get the other filling work done. Dr Downing and hygienist Suzy, completed my procedure within an hour and I was on the road. I even got a follow up call to make sure I was feeling well, the next day.
Once again I had a great experience with the whole staff. Thanks again. ;-)
Whenever I'm in your office I'm made to feel comfortable and welcome. Everything is explained in easy-to-understand terms and I never feel like you're in a hurry to get to the next patient. Several months ago I had some major work done and your main concern was for my comfort throughout all of it. And you let me know what to expect each step of the way. Yes, I'm a happy you're there!
The staff is always very professional, knowledgable, and friendly. The tools and equipment is much more up to date than my previous dentist. I love coming here because the staff always makes me smile! Dr. Hodge is very thorough and always makes going to see the dentist an enjoyable time!
Everyone one from the reception desk, Debbie, to my cleaner, Lisa and to the dentist, Tracy were excellent. Always make me feel at home.
I'm so glad I found Dr. Hodge- she and her assistants are the BEST!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them.
Today was a long, productive, eventful day. Dr.Duncan provided valueable info, that was well received. Suzanne was very professional & responsive (to my needs). Mary was very on point w/the financial planning of my services. Lisa is always pleasant & funny.
