Kathleen was very gentle.
Kathy is extremely talented, cordial and very easy to interact with... She has been with Dr. Bollman for many years and I think it speaks volumes that when Dr. Bollman's practice was destroyed during Harvey, and she decided to join forces with Dr. Gregory rather than rebuilding her own practice, she was able to bring only ONE person with her-- and it was Kathleen!! My appointment was for 10:00 AM. I was still seated in the waiting area until 10:20 AM. My care was friendly and professional. I like Dr. Bollman very much. She does not advocate services prior to the need for those services. I appreciate her integrity and have full confidence in her skills. I find the office staff to be very friendly. I would like for a hygienist to be available 5 days a week.
