If you go in for an annual physical (which most insurance companies cover 100%), make sure not to say anything or they will charge you for a second visit. The doctor even asked me if I had any concerns I wanted to discuss. I was charged for a second visit for responding. This is entrapment and a sleezy way to get more money from the patient. Shame on you! They also lost my urine specimen, and prescription requests take 2 weeks and many follow up calls to accomplish.
I've been a patient here for roughly 10 years and over the last few the quality of care has dramatically declined. It is difficult to see a provider and near impossible to get them to follow through on commitments they've made. Communication is beyond abysmal and everything requires 3-5 follow up contacts from me to even get a response on simple issues.
