I have been very happy with Dr. Garcia. I have laughed, cried, felt broken, and he always asks if I wanna talk about it. I appreciate that from a doctor. I am editing this to add that the doctors assistant is very easy to talk to about concerns or prescription issues. She is always so pleasant and understanding. I have run into a few problems with new medications and she always gets it resolved. However, I have always thought the front desk people could do better. I have always had a great experience with Aspen Counseling and their staff. They make sure to fix any issues that may arise. I am going to continue to go to them for my mental health and outlet for talking to someone outside of the other friends and family I talk to.
I was able to meet with a great person named Nathan, and he was a blessing to me on that day, he was a genuinely pleasant human being that made me feel comfortable with sharing my feelings with that day. I am thankful for his help
Short wait time to get an appointment as I really needed to find some relief. The process to establish as a patient was smooth and easy. I was able to have all my forms in ahead of time and attached to my file. The counselor (NP) was very knowledgeable, supportive and listened to all my issues I was needing relief from. I feel that I was taken good care of!
