Well it's been 4 hours and 11 minutes since our appointment and not a single call, email or smoke signals of why nobody bothered to show up. I needed help finishing a project I started before I was trapped in a fire and spent 8 months in 5 different hospitals and a recovery home. Jay Mayer, the salesman was as nice as he could be until the check was cashed. I had some questions after the install and he won’t reply. Take the money and run, I guess.
