James Mayer was my Aspen rep and he was very helpful through the estimate and insurance claim process. Very professional and informative and a pleasure to deal with. I was called with updates regularly. And the crews doing the work were diligent, courteous, and hard working. Just after completion of the job, I am so far very pleased with the work done and the experience of working with James and Aspen.
I WAS VERY IMPRESSED BY LAUREN LEAS AND HER KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PROFESSIONALISM! Prior to the commencement she made excellent suggestions with this unique project of fascia, soffit vents, decking, siding and gutters. Also Lauren worked closely with the insurer and adjuster to defray costs. And while the project was continuing she made crucial hands-on decisions. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LAUREN LEAS AND ASPEN CONTRACTING!
Matth did a great job helping with our insurance claim, except the roofers did not replace the two rain flash going to my gutter.
This contracting company has not been able to keep an appointment on any of the 4 dates and times they've given me, whereas I have made myself available every one of those times even though it meant getting app at 3 in the morning to go to work so I can work a full 8 hours and be back in time for their Crew to show up. Then they say that they were going to come on a Saturday which I am already home. So I say, no problem, but I tell them if they do not show up Saturday, they are not allowed to come back to do the repair as I ... read more
