I have nothing but positive things to say about my experiences with Aspen. My family needed a new roof badly. It had recently started to leak and was losing shingles whenever there was a big wind storm, which is very common in my area. Jesse Milich was our Aspen rep. He came out, assessed the damage, and helped us file our home insurance claim. I made 4 different appointments with this company for a roof estimate and they didn't call or show up any of the times. A company that treats customers that way should not be in business.
