The absolute worst management. The grounds are littered with garbage, from broken glass, to heroin syringes. We make note to mention it to the manager but it never gets cleaned. The residents here dont care for anything. Animals pee and poop in the hallways, druggies and drunk are everywhere. Most people play their music super loud. Moved here on a month to month lease, hoping to get into a house. We were told with a thirty day notice we would be able to leave. She is now trying to charge us for the remainder of the rent. -100 stars Sarah the manager refuses to do anything. When her lack of caring about complaints lead to my husband and I getting assaulted yesterday! Unless you what this stay the hell away.
