Apartments are okay but old and show the wear and tear. The most ridiculous problem we have had is the way the doors seem to be spring loaded and slam extremely loudly unless you make a real effort to catch them before they slam and quite frankly most people can't be bothered. Every single neighbor we have had couldn't care less and in fact seem to be slamming them intentionally. I've lived in several different places and Pine Bluffs is the best! The property manager Heidi treats you like family. She even put a basket of goodies and toothbrushes in my apartment when I moved in. I've only had to call for maintenance one time and they showed up immediately and gave me a cute note with popcorn saying "just popped in to fix the problem." The whole property is very clean and I love that this place really feels like home. I'm not moving anytime soon!
If you are looking to live in a community where the staff is more concerned with cigarette breaks than customer service, Pine Bluffs Apartments are for you! If you find joy in staff that outright lie to your when you repeatedly call requesting information, then you will feel right at home at Pine Bluffs Apartments! If you want to be charged a dollar fee every time you want to use the freezing, dirty, pool then hurry and sign your lease today!!!
They were super nice until we signed the lease and then everything changed. They NEVER gave us a copy of our lease, even after asking countless times, they don't fix repairs in a timely fashion, they won't spray for pest infestation (we had ants all over our apartment, it was gross!) The apartment we saw was not the one they rented to us that we saw before signing our lease, and we had no choice but to take it because the movers were there. They have very poor managment, They let their staff say one thing then in the end they do the opposite of what you and the staf member agreed on. Their apartments are very poorly insulated, and was told that they would do stuff to fix the insulation problem, but it was never done. The insuation problem was so bad that my pipes in the master bathroom froze. If you rent from them then get everything in writing and dont expect them to fix anything...:-(
