My mom got married in Spirit Lake this summer and set up hair and makeup appointments here. The women who did our hair did a fantastic job, but in spite of it being in my mom's contract and already paid for, the salon somehow forgot that she needed her makeup done. They didn't rectify the situation, try to find a solution, or do anything to make her feel better. The person at the front desk never even got out of her chair to apologize to my mom.
