Our rep Ulises was a professional, caring individual, he was always available to answer any concerns that we had during the process. He took his time to explain the process and if we had any issues he promptly addressed it. Non-existent follow-up and contact by sales person after signing contract and initial payment, and company was unable to provide project delivery estimate for more than 8 weeks. After contacting their Permitting Dept. via email communications improved and the windows replacement project was completed satisfactorily after 4 months.
