I used this company for 3 years with minimal issues which overall would be a good experience. I was notified they suggest I replace my filter, which was already replaced by then 8 months earlier. This confused me since this should last at least a min of a year. I went ahead and ordered one on my own and when I opened the housing I immediately discovered the old filter was damaged due to the tech installing it wrong causing the breather tube to damage the end ring.
