Get directionsHad these people out to fix a toilet leak. Spent the 119.00 for trip charge and he tighten 2 bolts called it fixed. Latter same leak on floor. Called them to come back and fix. After much looking around, he said to take the toilet off and replace wax ring and a few floor bolts it will be 515.00 dollars. No one in the city charges that and when a proper plumber came and i told him he said it should have been caught first time and snickered and asked what plumbing shop would charge that much.
