We had a problem with our AC. It took several weeks to get to us and then they said it was a bad compressor (on a 1 1/2 year old Amana AC [done buy Amana]). They ordered the parts and it took weeks to get the parts and do the repairs. About a week later it sounded like it was going to blowup. They came back out, said the coolant was not vaporizing and the filter was to thick. Had these people out to fix a toilet leak. Spent the 119.00 for trip charge and he tighten 2 bolts called it fixed. Latter same leak on floor. Called them to come back and fix. After much looking around, he said to take the toilet off and replace wax ring and a few floor bolts it will be 515.00 dollars. No one in the city charges that and when a proper plumber came and i told him he said it should have been caught first time and snickered and asked what plumbing shop would charge that much.
